
High school Ski Day!



Due to the holiday break and the end of the semester, we combined our December and January students of the month. Congratulations to these high school students whose teachers recognized them for being outstanding in the classroom!



Three Forks Wrestling celebrated our graduating seniors on Tuesday evening in a dual with Beaverhead County. We wish this group of fellas the best in all they pursue and thank them for leaving their mark!

Attention all middle school boys basketball players and parents. The games at Manhattan Christian on Feb 13th start times have been moved up an hour. The 7th grade will start at 3:00 pm and the 8th grade will start at 4:00 pm. Thanks.

Good morning Three Forks!
Little Wolves Basketball fans, here are a few updates about this year's schedule.
-The practices/games scheduled for this Saturday, February 1st have been cancelled to accommodate for the Junior High Basketball Tournament.
-The end of season Jamboree that was originally scheduled for February 22 has been rescheduled to Sunday February 23 with a tentative start time of 1 p.m.

The Three Forks FFA Mechanics team attended the Fergus FFA Alumni Mechanics contest on Saturday and had a good day competing. Our Senior team took 19th place and our Junior team took 6th place. Finley Lewellen took 16th Place as an Individual. Our mechanic's team had to MIG weld, small engine diagnostics, tool i.d., electrical wiring, and surveying! Great job Three Forks FFA!











The semester has kicked off in the Agriculture classroom! Horticulture science has begun germinating plants, hoping to learn about the growth cycle from start to finish as the semester progresses. Food and Natural Resources began their semester by learning about the dairy industry and making butter. Finally, the Vet Science class has started learning about the different tools involved in vet science.

This week is Traffic Safety Week sponsored by Three Forks FCCLA. Tomorrow (Tuesday) is Pink Out for Delaney Doherty. Everyone is encouraged to wear pink and our guest speaker is Mark Doherty (Delaney's father) from Manhattan. Wednesday students are encouraged to dress like a traffic cone and Thursday is Blackout (Don't drive intoxicated!). It is a spirit stick contest! Be safe out there!

ALL 15 competitors from the Three Forks Speech and Drama team have qualified for the State Tournament next weekend in Billings!! The Wolves had a great showing in Manhattan Saturday with all competitors placing in the top 8!

As a reminder, there are no Little Wolve games tonight. The halftime games that were originally scheduled for Thursday, January 23rd [6:00 Saints vs. Blue Devils and 7:30 Diggers vs. Lights] were rescheduled along with the varsity games, for tomorrow night (January 24th. )
Again, the games listed above will take place on Friday, January 24th.

Congratulations to Mrs. Ashley Senenfelder for receiving the BAT award for the Three Forks Middle School teacher of the month. Ashley is currently in her second year of teaching math at TFMS, and has done an amazing job of instructing our kiddo's!


Three Forks FFA has been very, very busy!!!
Last week, Three Forks FFA traveled to Great Falls for two days to compete in Agricultural Sales, Livestock Judging, and Meats Evaluation. Our livestock team took 7th Place, with Griffin Jensen taking 19th as an individual. Our Meats Evaluation team took 8th place! Madison Evans (18th Individual), Sophia Emens (19th Individual), and Prestin Douglas (43rd Individual)
Three Forks FFA was also the host of the Montana FFA Southwest District Speaking Contests this year. We would like to thank Three Forks Schools and Staff for allowing us to host this contest. We would also like to thank everyone who took time to come help us judge out contests, and for investing in Montana FFA students. Thank you to all of our generous sponsors for supporting this event!
Three Forks FFA cleaned up at the district contest! The Sales Team took 1st Place. The team consisted of Rylee Smith (2nd Place Individual), Hadley Fallang (3rd Place Individual), Savannah Emens (4th Place Individual), and Corban Lewellen (12th Place Individual). Sophia Emens took 1st Place in the Senior FFA Creed contest! Both Sophia and the Sales team will advance to compete at the Montana FFA State Convention. Great job Three Forks FFA!











Building Community Connections with the PreK program at Three Forks Public Schools . We painted flower pots and planted seeds to go in them. The seeds should be ready to repot in a few weeks. We will also be planting seeds to go in the preK raised beds next month with our Growing Leaders Project. THANK YOU Montana Family, Career and Community Leaders of America and Youth Service America for funding this project.
