Good morning Three Forks parents! As you probably are aware Three Forks School staff have been working hard this week to get in touch with parents to discuss distance learning and how it will look for your child. Staff members are struggling to connect with all parents. With that being said, we need your help! If you have recently updated your contact information, mailing address, or email, please call the office and notify them of these changes. At times like this it is crucial that we have up-to-date information for effective communication.

TFSD March School Board Meeting
The regularly scheduled school board meeting for Three Forks schools. will still take place, however it will be closed to the public. We will live stream the meeting on the school's Facebook page for those wanting to watch.
Due to Governor Bullock’s recent declaration of statewide school closure , the emergency school board meeting for Three Forks Schools is cancelled.
Gov. Steve Bullock orders two week closure of public K-12 schools
Three Forks Schools will be closed for two weeks as declared by the governor.
As of Monday, March 16, Three Forks School District will continue to operate on the regular school schedule. All school extracurricular activities (school-based activities that take place before or after school hours) will continue until advised otherwise. The District understands the concerns of the COVID-19 virus and the cases that are being confirmed in Montana. With this in mind the TF Board of Trustees will be meeting Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. to discuss the possibility of school closures and educational planning if in fact schools are closed. The District may also get notification from the Gallatin County Health Department or the Governor of forced closures. If and when this does occur, parents and staff will be notified.
With school continuing tomorrow, Monday, March 16th, the District does want to take preventative precautions. We are urging families to make proactive decisions on sending students to school. If your child or a family member is sick, please keep your child at home and notify the office of your intentions. If your child has a complicated illness or immune deficiency that puts them at risk, we encourage you to keep them at home. We know that this situation is very fluid, with updates hourly. As the District gains any information that may impact staff or students of TFS, this will be shared with all stakeholders.
Thank you
